No contracts. Cancel anytime.
There is no minimum term at 1on1Spanish and no commitment period. You can cancel your plan whenever you want.
Your first month is $1 on any plan. After that first month, your plan continues at its regular price until you cancel it.

At 1on1Spanish, we understand that schedules change. Our service is designed to give students as much flexibility as possible when managing their Spanish lessons.
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel or modify a subscription and how to cancel or reschedule individual classes.
1on1Spanish is operated by Ringteacher Spain S.L.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your 1on1Spanish subscription at any time.
There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation penalty.
To prevent your next subscription renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If you cancel within this period, no further renewal will be charged.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular plan or promotion, cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove access to services you have already paid for. You may continue using your account and any eligible services until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. Changing Your Plan
If you wish to upgrade, downgrade or otherwise modify your plan, the change must normally be requested or completed at least 48 hours before your next billing date for it to apply to the following billing period.
The conditions and features of your new plan will apply from the effective date of the change.
3. Cancelling an Individual Class
You may cancel a booked class up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If the cancellation is completed within the permitted period, there is no cancellation penalty.
The class will remain available for future use where permitted by the conditions and validity period of your plan.
4. Rescheduling a Class
If your plans change, you may cancel an existing booking within the permitted cancellation period and book another available date or time.
New bookings are always subject to teacher and timetable availability.
5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If a class is not cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, or if the student does not attend the class, the lesson may be considered used and deducted from the student’s available classes.
6. Cancellation by 1on1Spanish or the Teacher
Occasionally, a class may need to be cancelled due to teacher illness, technical difficulties or other circumstances outside the student’s control.
Where 1on1Spanish or the assigned teacher is responsible for the cancellation, the affected class will not be considered consumed and the student will be able to book another class.
7. Unused Classes
Unused classes are subject to the conditions of the plan purchased.
Depending on the plan, unused classes may:
- Expire at the end of the billing period; or
- Be carried forward for a limited period.
The applicable conditions will be displayed with the relevant plan before purchase.
Cancelling a subscription does not extend the original validity period of unused classes unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals when cancellation is completed within the applicable deadline.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of subscription fees or services already paid for or provided.
Any statutory refund or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Promotional Plans
Trials, introductory offers, discounted plans or other promotions may be subject to additional conditions.
Any specific cancellation, renewal or eligibility conditions applicable to a promotion will be displayed before purchase and will take precedence for that particular promotion.
