Where can I see prices before contacting you?
On the pricing page. Plans run from $84 to $264 a month depending on how many lessons you take each week, with a $1 first month on any plan — so you do not need to write to us to get a number.
Do I have to contact you to cancel?
No. You cancel your plan yourself from your account, at any time, with no contracts and no minimum term. Nobody will ask you to explain.
What do I need to take a lesson?
A laptop or phone with a camera and a decent connection. Lessons run in your browser, and the free level test works the same way.
